Alissa Adriana Elliot was recently named one of her generation's most promising film actresses. Born to famous screen director Henry Elliot and Spanish actress Isadora Cruz, Alissa had been introduced to the world of acting, film and celebrity at a very early age. As a child, she was always on the set with one of her parents, and adapted to her surroundings well. When she was 10, Alissa was cast in her first major movie role, a remake of the 60's hit, The Parent Trap.

With her first movie (and a smash hit) under her belt, Alissa quickly became a young favorite. Several more movies, commericials, and television pilots followed, but nothing as successful as the first. At 14, her parents decided that her career for the time being had to be put on hold, and sent Alissa to The Los Angeles Academy of Performing Arts. The APA, being one of the best school for young talent in the world, was decided to be one of the best places for Alissa to hone her talents and still live a normal teenager's life.

Of course, how normal could your life be when you've starred on the screen, posed for Got Milk, and seen a television promotion with your face on a billboard? With more money than imaginable, Alissa lived the good life at APA. She has the best designer clothes, the newest cellphone model and a new car in her parking space every month. She's a fixture at all the nightclubs ( it's not a party without Alissa Elliot ), where she can be seen dancing on the tables and swigging champagne from the bottle. Your name, face, status and pedigree have to considered elite to be seen with her, and to be her friend is another realm in itself. She chooses them exclusively, and suddenly doors are opened for you.

She has it all, but sees no reason to be nice. Alissa is a straight - out bitch, whether its your hair and outfit or your attitude, she'll let you know. Consider yourself lucky if you're gorgeous, rich or in the movies - if you're not, don't even think about it. Way too comfortable with the pedastal she's been put on by her classmates and the public, Alissa says what she thinks, no matter the consequences. Her actions have gotten her into more than a few fights with other celebrities and on the cover of more than a few tabloids, but Alissa doesn't give a fuck ; which is what keeps everyone crawling back for more.

The past fall, Alissa took two months off from school to star in her first movie in four years, QUEEN BEE, expected to have a huge box office and a teen following. Although the movie is expected to be a cult classic ( and finally launch her to superstar status ), it really shows how good of an actress Alissa is. Her character is the total opposite of her personality ; a new girl, befriended by the popular crowd, trying to fit in at her new school. If anything, she's most like the antagonist in the film. Still, Alissa has recieved great reviews and is slated to star in several more blockbusters after she graduates in June.
